Possible Cure to fix Locked out receivers!!
E011 error message comes because of bad cable or bad COM port. Try changing your cable. If you were using the Skyview file on it before and now when you try loading the CW file sometimes you get E011 or E31.

Try loading it in boot mod you can access that by pressing the power button and turnning the receiver ON from the back "boot" will show up on the LCD screen now open up your loader and laod the software. If you get error E031 or E024 message means boot method did not work.

Its time to try the 3rd method just follow the instruction as follow:

1-Turn off your receiver from the power switch on the back.
2-Press Power button and Volume + button together.
3-Turn the power button from the back. Receiver will reboot normal.
4-Press the power button again to bring it in stand by "- - : - - " and do the loading procedure as normal.

If all this doesnt work then check your computers COM port and Replace your cable. You should have a null modem cable to program CW600s receiver.
