please feel free to look in the tutorials under your receiver. there is a lot of info in there that will help most out 95% of the time. if you cant find the help you need in the tutorials then yes please ask and we will assist you. this also applies to dish setups and switches as well under dishes,lnb, and motors. again there is a lot of info on this site for everyone
