dell admin.removal

Can any one tell me how to get around and delete admin on a dell with XP home os? I tried putting disc in to restore and it tells mee i dont have athority to performe this task. This comp belongs to a freind of mine and he and his wife devorced and she wont give him the password. Thanks for any help on this!!

go online and download a program called hirens boot cd 9.9 i think is the last verison. it very quick and simple to use. download it and create a cd of it and it guides you on removing the admin password or any other user password. use it all the time and works like a charm
