help with laptop needed
ok my daughter bought a used laptop i keep getting safty removel popup and this ststem has recoveed from a serious error pop up which wont go away also i cant do service pack 3 update it fail everytime the progression never moves any ideas,iknow now why i hate laptops.

If it's used than redo/wipe HD and load OS and start fresh >>> Probably why it's used .

Have you done a virus scan on it? If that doesnt work then try (if you have an os disc) to restore the os system. If none of that works you will probly have to do GMs suggestion. Hope you get it Buddy!!
PS Have you check your security settings maybe set to high!

can you connect to windows update maybe they will have a download to help your laptop

Well you can try tunup 2009...But unfortunately bud....The o/s is at a stat that need to be reloaded by the sounds..When you get those kinds of errors..That means o/s is missing system files or corrupt...Probably do to hardware failure some times...Laptops get very hot..mostly older ones and they loos the hard drive tables...as in bad sectors.. Spinrite 6 will repair them...more or less move the files and flag the bad sector....But with those errors you mite be beating a dead stick bro...
