CC on K-box Hero Plus

Hi guys !
Does this feature works on K-box ?
If yes, how can I get it ?
If not, why we have this option on it ?

must remember that people with hearing problems also use K-box and need a lot of this function.
If we do not have any physical problems, we have to thank God for it but not being selfish.
I just wanted to know if this function works or not, but I think not. I hope this can be repaired in a next file.

Here what you need to know before you get the caption closed(CC).The kbox remote control works fine,if you press CC and it appears on screen,that means that your remote is fine.Now in order for you, to get the CC function to works,you need to see your TV is loaded with that.
Suggestion:On your TV hit the menu bottom and go to SET UP,in there you will see the close caption option,click in there in choose the type of the CC that you want.
Note: IF you want CC all that time,choose that.
