kbox sutting off

ive got a kbox and it shuts off all by its self on the hour.... not evey hour but alot of times at 9:00 and 12:00 .... not 9:01 ever... always on the hour

has anyone had the same thing happen to them ?

When it shuts off...does it reboot? or turn off and stay off ?

If it just reboots...Do a factory default>load newest factory file>default>Load newest bin file>put settings in>scan.....all should be good.

All so make shur if it is pluged into a power bar..that it is ok and not over heating.

ill check if its over heating .... its just strange that it always happens on the hour

might wanna check out the sleep timer on it be sure its not set for somethin funny!

try this:
withe receiver shot off from the back,connect the grey cable that came with receiver and down load again factory.
Note: when you hit the bottom download,turn back on the receiver and see the file being down load.
