Mac OS X Dock in Ubuntu ... EASY
Want the cool 3D Icon (Launcher) toolbar like a Mac OS X it's a piece of cake!
Open up Synaptic ( System>Administration>Synaptic Package Manager) then search for and install the awn-manager package. After it's installed you will find it in the Applications >Accessories Menu, Avant Window Navigator. Start the program then drag and drop whatever program launchers (icons) you want into the toolbar. That's it! Click on the AWN icon to configure your new toolbar anyway you like! Enjoy! Buzz
