This method is very easy and straight forward

the program I use is Wondershare Video Converter Platinum (available on popular download sites).

1. Save your .trp file to hard drive

2. Start Wondershare Video Converter Platinum

3. Click the +Add button (top left)

4. Browse to file in new window, click on file to choose it.

5. It will open up in the Wondershare Video Converter program

(From here you can edit it, very easy to understand sliders and effects)

6. Click the gears symbol to set options or:

7. Click "Start" button to convert video file

8. Output file will be where you select it..
That is all.
