The fun of a new receaver please help

:confused:I just got my Phoenix and loaded the U27 factory bin and the v1.52.1 bin.
I also tried the v153.1

I have done a scan and found lots of prospective channels.

This puppy is hooked to dial up. I have ran the network config.
The screen reads I-off N-on P-off EMUL-off SUNS is connected.

I am lost???

Also the screen says service not available. Is there a problem with the server at this time.

If not does anyone have any tips for me Thanks!

LOAD FACtory file u48 then the newest bin v153.1 set settings rescan sats.

I installed the u48 factory bin, and v153.1

verified my SW Version

box read Boot: R3X 1.30 Software Ver.: 1.53.1 IPVR 0.77

CEC is checked

Set up my LNB's did a rescan on 110 got lots of channels.

went to Menu, System Settings.
RF setting----4 setting.
TP CH Auto Update is ---- (0n)

Language Setting---- Give you many options (English) for N/A.

Time settings, selected

TV Aspect Ration---Done


Local Channel Selection--selected
b) Channel Guide Selection--By Time
c) EPG: has two selections--Set to Auto
d) Dolby Audio--OFF
e) Dish A/R-- Setting ON
f) EMUL Setting--OFF
g) Primary Channel-- DN

a) Network Connection set to--ON
b) Auto Update--ON
c) Network Information--DHCP
d) Proxy Connection--off





Rebooted the unit, after it displayed 00*00 on the front panel, then rebooted MODEM and hooked up the Ethernet Cable (CAT-5) to the unit while the modem is OFF.
Next plug back in the modem and allowed it to completely come back and successfully give you a fresh IP address.
then Rebooted the unit again
Confirmed the IP address in the receaver
green light/yellow light on both sides of the (Cat-5) are light up

The screen reads
I-0n/N-0n/P-0ff/Emul-0ff/SUNS Disconnected

Thought I would let people know

I tried everything.

So I borrowed my neighbours login and password for there ISP.
They dont use AOL.

I was watching TV in less than 10 sec.

This is great!
