Nuvenio HD How to load with ST Uploader 1.7 and Serial Cable

1 -What you need
A- ST Uploader 1.7
B- Newest Bin File
C- Once you have the bin file downloaded be sure to unzip it

2- Hook up the Nuvenio HD to your computer using the cable that come with your unit have the rear switch turned to on

3-Open ST Uploader 1.7
In file type select Boot or S/W we are loading S/W File, once you select S/W click File. Use Boot only for a Boot files

4-This screen will pop up, find the bin file you downloaded and unzipped
I am using file nf_hd_v1.3r_18 click on the file then click Open

5-You should get this screen click Send

6- This screen should pop up and stop at Reboot Your Settop
At this point turn switch on back of receiver off and back on. Soon you should see the blue bar start to move across the screen and the processed numbers will start and go higher.

7- On your Nuvenio HD it should say Receive1% and keep going to Receive100%
Once 100% is reached it will say Writing
then Good

8-Once it says Good you will need to push the red power button on the remote
now it say Loading,

then Running,

then _ _ _ _ ,

Then 20000

Next if you have a sat scanned a channel number you where on should show up on the screen then channel name

If no sats are scanned it will show 0000

You have successfully loaded the file to your receiver with the loader and serial cable.

In the event your computer crashes part way through the download like mine did. Don’t get to alarmed when you get E-to on the screen
Just restart windows and start over at step 3

cp info
