Program Guide not updating

Hi Everyone,
I just picked up a VS PVR 7000. This is my first experience with VS. I followed all the instructions and got everything to work except the program guide. It lists the channels but no program guide. Has anyone experienced this and if so, can you tell me how to get it to update?
