If Your Dongle is Not working Try these steps
If you are experiencing problems and have a Orange Light Please try the following steps 1 ) In network Settings Please choose Settings 2 ) On the Top line scroll to Static IP Here you will be able to manually input the settings enter 0 for all values , Now go back to DHCP And click Exit 1 Disable Network Save settings 3 ) Once Settings Have Saved Unplug your Dongle and Unplug your receiver 4 ) Wait 30 Seconds then plug your dongle back in and wait until light is orange solid 5 ) Plug your Captain receiver in and turn it on go into System Settings and Network and enable the network The Receiver will reboot itself at this point After reboot wait 10 seconds and your light should go green Note : If you tried this and still receive a Orange light Redo all Steps Again But Change The Serial Cable Use a new or the original serial cable that was supplied with your Captain Receiver |
