why close it. its on american soil as i dont agree with waterboarding because that makes us no better than the terrorists i dont beleive they should be treated with any kind of rights for their religions and such if indeed they are guilty. not all of them are bad and i do beleive some there are being held for no reason. The "World" must prevent something like 9/11 to never happen again. My exact feelings, couldn't have said it any better.

The president got to to do whatever its better for our country,we don't need to see more innocent people being tortured,we need to see a great future for our kids.We don't need another episode like Sept 11th,where many of us had lost an loved one,we still need the justice to be done,we didn't forget and as we American Citizens we"ll never forget that day.I vote NO... leave it open.

Yes! Close down Gitmo. Build a facility in the tundras of Alaska, and send these scum sucking pigs there.
For them it would be real punishment. Below freezing temperatures, weeks of dark nights. Hell,
