I would vote yes on this one since i had brang this idea up about a year ago, but i guess it didn't fall through. I hope it works out, because it will let the poster know that he/she has helped out in answering many questions.:)

its just another number for the glorie hounds wanting thanks or something for helping someone. anyone that expects a thanks for helping someone dont understand what this hobbie is all about! (my 2 cents on that)

So far from the concept Bro >>> not "glory hounds" Just and only to show a quick appreciation without starting a Thread . You know like "Hey Thanks man" And this is coming from someone who voted "yes" ?

yea i dont see it as glory hounds either really. it is nice to thank someone occasionally for a great post. There have bee lots of times i would have liked to say thanks to someone here myself (and no im not in this for the glory) . im still going with GM on this one

I think that it is a great idea ,considering the down time and people getting aggravated , every little bit of help they can get im sure is apprciated

- they need the chance to express themselves ,and at this point a pat on the back( or saying thanks) is good and positive thinking-it is about helping others- for them being able to say it and making the person that helped feel good for helping others.

It takes special people to be able to help others for nothing .So it is not who won the fame and glory- its about helping, and on the flip side it is a beneifit for the site -to learn where the weak areas are and to be able to know how many members are pleased GREAT IDEA. keep coming with more ideas .KEEPING MEMBERS HAPPY ,KEEPS THE SITE GOING.they will keep coming back and will tell others. no big deal -everyone helps anyway. just a pole . it is not life altering.
