Marinated Alligator Strips
~ 1 lb alligator meat, cut into 1/4" strips ~ 3 tbsp olive oil ~ 1/2 tbsp Greek seasoning ~ 1/4 tsp garlic salt Before slicing the meat, tenderize it by pounding with a meat mallet. In a medium size bowl, mix the olive oil, greek seasoning and garlic salt together. Add the strips to the mixture and stir to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Overnight is better. Make sure to stir occasionally. Heat a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray. Add the meat and cook until done. Serve and enjoy!
