VS Coders are working on upgrading the EMU for Telefonica to give better stability. This is the delay in files being released for Telefonica. They should be ready soon and be released upon completion. As for N3 don't worry they are still working hard on it and everyday progress is being made

Imo I think everyone should drop all the reciever companys hard and dont give them a dime for recievers untill nag 3 is cracked i wouldent give you 5 bucks for iks for me its standalone or nothing

This thread is concerning the Viewsat update to "Telefonica " which is to allow South American users to still enjoy their Viewsats as their provider is still using N2 coding.

kelvinn... We fully understand your wanting a N3 stand-alone fix. Many, many users of FTA receivers do not desire to use iks.

You are correct that receivers sales for all manufactures for sure must be down. Those manufactures will encourage the "coders" to work hard on a N3 solution or they will not sell their receivers in the numbers they would like. Or possibly have to shut down. It only makes since that their profit and business success is in a stand-alone fix.

The Canadian FTA users were without Bev for what a year or so? Those using Charlie have only been without their channels for a short period of time. Almost everyone that has been involved with free-to-air knows there is down time and they know the possibility of being down forever....(No N3 stand-alone solution)....

Each user will make their decision concerning iks. In these times money is tight and those that desire to continue testing by purchasing a new receiver so be it.

Hopefully someone will come out with a stand-alone fix and the manufactures "coding" team that does will reap the rewards by selling receivers.
