Arrow How to fix Satopia 4444 Error

Here it is in Plain Text:

1. Hook up your Satopia to your computer using your Null modem cable and plug it into the nearest wall socket.

2. Download both the factory bin and the loader.

3. Extract the loader and factory bin.

4. Open loader and choose the proper COM port with "RS232 Configuration". Then select "SW Download to STB" to start.

5. Browse for the factory bin file you just extracted and select it.

6. Press "Start". If you do not see any red text in the black area which mentions that your file is downloaded, you simple need to flip the rear switch on your unit and the download will start as soon as it boots.

7. Wait for the download to FULLY finish. The loader will say 100% BUT DO NOT UNPLUG YET. Look on the front panel of the Satopia and wait until the "b-XX" numbers count down and then it will reboot itself. Once you are 100% it rebooted then you may move on.

8. Now that your unit is factory reset you can go ahead and Download the latest Bin from the Satopia file section, extract it. And just like the factory bin process you will choose the proper COM port with "RS232 Configuration". Then select "SW Download to STB".

9. Locate the new bin. Press Start. The same process. Flip the rear switch. It should start. Same thing.

10. And last, wait for the download to FULLY finish. The loader will say 100% BUT DO NOT UNPLUG YET. Look on the front panel of the Satopia and wait until the "b-XX" numbers count down and then it will reboot itself. Once you are 100% it rebooted then you may unplug the unit and hook it to your tv.
