Help!!!

I have a ViewSat Lite and I was trying to upload the new fix and now my box has "----" across the front of it. I searched on here and found a thread that had an upload but I have tried several times to download it but it is not working. PLEASE HELP!!! what can I do to fix this??? Any and all help would be WONDERFUL!! :)

use loader 2 load factory file then newest bin set settings rescan sats,


when useing loader2 turn reciever off back switch then put bin in loader then hit pc-stb button on loader then turn reciever on back switch.

is it a ultra platium lite or a platium lite

It is a platinum lite. Where do I get the factory file? Sorry, I have never had to do this. I didn't originally set it up. ( a friend did ) I greatly appreciate all of your help!! : )
