i didnt try it on a Viewsat - these channels are working on my SS DCR 5500

But others say to do this for VS

Its only worth a try
also some of those channels are spot beamed
so some wont get them depending on what area your in
If it works for you then great
If it dont work your not out anything - and you can say you have been testing :)
