can't get viewsat pro to scan 12355 ???

please help unable to scan 12355 to get those channels.

Are you trying to scan only 119 and did you edit tps and set to 12355? They have said some may not be able to get these channels because of they'r location.

ok you only need sat 119 to get these channels.

first delete all channels the go to Menu - Installation - Channel Scan - make sure your sat is on echo 7 119 then go to edit tp then go to tp12355
where it says video auido and pcr change it to these number with remote after doing the first set of numbers hit ok then exit and save then repete that for everyrow of numbers,remember to go to tp 12335 each time.
