If I new what you had.than you could use a tool remover. Many online anti-virus offer them. You may want to try some other online scans.Bitdefender,nod32 and so on.but you need to no what it is frist.

Ok, so I did a scan with Bitdefender. The report came back with 10 infected files, with three different viruses. They are: Adware.SpyClean.k (x7), Spyware.Proxy.Bouncer.A, and, Trojan.FakeAlert.RF (x2). The report also said that they tryed to delete or disinfect each one but could only delete 6, but they didn't say which ones were deleted? I dunno if this info is of any help to ya but I thought I might pass it along to ya... I alsosearched each virus to see what I could find out about them, the only one I could find any info on was the Trojan.FakeAlert.RF. I was pleased to see that it was a low problem type of file. Anyways, hope this helps you help me.
Thank-you for your help!!!!!!

Ok good to no.now you can go to noton or nod32 or some others and get a removeal tool for them and you need to shut down system restore and than go into safe mode and do all your scans there..that should than remove them.....to go into safe mode.....restart pc...at the time you see anything on the screen keep hitting f8 .than you will see options how to start windows...at top will be safe mode...ok.lets use no
