Canada 5 Dollar's Scary Illusion


In 1954, the Bank of Canada issued a new bill with the engraving of Queen Elisabeth II on it. But then the bank started receiving complaints . People saw the face of the Devil in the Queen's hair, right behind her ear. I don't think it's very convincing, but the bank did . they destroyed all bills and reprinted them with a slightly changed version.

what about the 1954 20 dollar bills it also looks like there is a face on the back of queen elizabeth II hair not unlike the 5 dollar bill

These are known as Devil's Face as seen in the curls of the queen's hair.

I do know when they sell in Ebay they bring good money, more than their face value.

There is also the 1954 Canadian $100.00 bill which is the least circulated and the most valued.
